Chick-fil-A is one of the top quick service restaurants in the nation, and the bustling Los Angeles location is looking for a dynamic Front of House leader to join our multi-restaurant organization. Our mission is to be the most caring company on the Westside, and we want you to join in fulfilling that vision for the our guests. We are looking for someone with character and leadership skills who is passionate about empowering others, building teams, and sustaining a healthy culture in a working environment. This is a "hands-on" training program, designed for someone who is looking to understand how to operate a restaurant, lead people, and grow professionally & personally.
Responsibilities:
- “Hands-on” training in all operations of the restaurant to increase knowledge and gain experience on how to run and operate a multi-million dollar business
- Providing the highest quality customer service to all guests
- Bringing a positive attitude to each day and contributing to the overall culture of our restaurant
- Leading a team of 100+ by creating inspiring vision, having motivational language, establishing a coaching mindset, and holding others accountable to our standards
- Increasing profitability by implementing procedures revolving around promoting sales, growing productivity, and reducing costs
- Maintaining a work environment that promotes food safety

REQUIREMENTS
- Two years of leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
- Passion for Chick-fil-A

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®.
