Job Highlights Fast growing company with great career advancement opportunity Monthly Sales Achievement Incentive and Staff Welfare Yearly Increment and Performance Bonus Job Description Currently we have few positions open for vacancy:- Responsibilities for individual positions as below: Junior Logistic Executive (Truck Planner) X2 Assist in coordination activities related to warehouse, deliveries, shipping & logistic activities Need to work closely with delivery inspection/production for shipment arrangement. Coordinate with logistics or sales team to determine transport requirements and schedule transport to meet delivery dateline. planning trucking schedule based on delivery dateline by utilized company own trucks Keep documents and records such as registration, insurance, vehicle logs, daily inspection reports, etc. To undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior as and when required. Report to Logistic Assistant Manager Logistic Assistant (DO) X1 Focus on order processing portion Generate all type of DO such as customer delivery orders; temporary delivery orders for sending products to sub-contractors to do value added process on items and good exchange note. Checking all return customer DO from drivers or transporters and then pass it to account for billing purposes. Communicate with superior about daily activities if any issue Assist executive on their task Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior. Report to Logistic Assistant Manager Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, in any field. At least 1 year of experience in logistic or any related field. Computer experience: Windows systems, MS Word and MS Excel, SQL system. 5 days work, Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm Working location: Jln TPP 5, Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong
