Job Overview:
Shtudy is seeking a Commission-Based Tech Recruiter to find and set sales appointments with employer customers, and help them successfully make a hire using our HR technology platform (you will get a demo during your interview). As a commission-based role, you will receive 20% commission on every appointment you set that turns into a customer + make a hire (10% per appointment, 10% per first hire). Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential employer customers in need of technical recruitment services
Contact and set sales appointments with employer customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
Work closely with the Shtudy team to understand the company's mission and values, and effectively communicate those to potential customers
Collaborate with Shtudy team members to ensure that customer needs are being met and that customer relationships are maintained
Continuously track and report progress and results to the Shtudy team
Meet or exceed sales appointment setting goals on a weekly and monthly basis
Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to diversity recruiting
Requirements:
Strong background in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sales and appointment setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
Passion for diversity and a commitment to promoting diversity in the workplace
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Must have access to a reliable computer and internet connection
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with a 20% commission on every appointment set that turns into a customer + makes a hire (10% per appointment, 10% per first hire). After 6 months, a base salary may be introduced, and commission percentages can be renegotiated based on performance.
