JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Malaysian
- Minimum Diploma in Medical Assistant
- Certified by KKM Medical Assistant Board
- Current Annual Practice Certificate (APC) by KKM
- At least 1 year experience in related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Caring, honest and responsible worker.
- Willingness to work on scheduled hours, shift and weekends, public holidays, on call and anytime when called during emergency.
- Microsoft Office literacy.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Work shift duties or assigned by Unit Manager according to Unit’s Operational Hours.
- Inform Unit Manager when change occurs in circumstances which affect standards of care.
- Receives and handover report of patients, knows the case in details – progress of the patient, ensures all doctors’ orders are carried out before shift change and on taking over case.
- To carry out clinical procedures directed by doctor from time to time at Emergency Department.
- Liaises and discusses with the relevant doctors / consultants with regards to care of patients in the unit / ward.
- Establishes and develops effective communication with all disciplines, patients and relatives to achieve optimal patient satisfaction.

- Morning Shift
- Evening Shift
- Night Shift
