ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
T he role will support orveda brand team and report to Marketing Manager.
THE ROLE
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Brand Marketing & Communication 60%: Independently deliver market research and study including disk top, field research, being able to use company tools and data to development report on request. Work closed with creative/digital agency on brand and social content development. Independently handle campaign execution including celebrity coordination, KOL and community seeding, PR event, media campaign, etc. Closely work with Merchandizing and trade marketing team to execute the channel event and promotional activities Co- work with all channel managers including EC, offline, key account to ensure the campaign channel integration. Working closely with the agencies and counter parts to manage the whole campaign execution process to ensure the deliverables on-time and on-request.
Product Marketing 40% : Being able to develop market/category/product research to inspire the innovation and new product development Work closely with creative agency and internal counterpart on developing and verify all the product related information, including price, size, artwork, registration, etc. Co-work with plant and supply chain to ensure the production deliver on-time and on-request. Lifecycle management including product related data update, filling and registration.
Others: Being able to work in high pressure, multi-task and a fast path, multi-stake holder working environment. Actively communicate with multi-stake holder in the company Strong Excel and PPT skill.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’d love to see candidates who have: 2+ years’ experience in marketing, good track record in campaign execution, agency management and muti-stake holder management Experience in brand agency or inhouse marketing team Financial skill is a plus
